About the Role

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable and professional Bar / Cook Person to join the team at Rambla Bar & Bistro.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy local venue, takes pride in great customer service and thrives as part of a close-knit team. You’ll be working across bar and floor service, helping create a warm, efficient and enjoyable experience for locals, workers and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, attentive and professional customer service

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of bar/kitchen and dining areas

• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team

• Following venue service standards, procedures and safety requirements

• Building positive relationships with regulars and local guests

• Creating a welcoming experience that keeps people coming back

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset

• Confidence working with locals, regulars and new guests

• Ability to work in a fast-paced regional hospitality environment

You must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
